RedLetterWords Giveaway!

Following up my post from earlier this week, I really want to get better about wearing my faith on my sleeve. I want to put my money where my mouth is.

That is one thing that I've admired about Dee from Red Letter Words. From the first time I discovered her beautiful work it was apparant that each piece that she creates is to bring glory to God.  (as well as a beautiful statement for your home!)  I love what she says about her self.
She "believes in the power of the Word, that God qualifies the called, that our gifts and talents should be shared, and that there is a time and a purpose for everything."

Wow.

After lusting after her prints for close to a year, I am excited to have the opportunity to give a piece of RedLetterWords to one of my readers!

This handpoured soy candle with a powerful message is sure to make a bold statement in any room of your home.

  3. Hard to pick a "favorite" bible verse, but my life verse is Isaiah 26:8 "Your name and renown are the desire of my heart". I want all I say and do to bring glory to God. When people see me, I want them to know anything good is Jesus shining through.

  11. My favorite Bible passage (and it's even on Red Letter!) is Jer. 29:11. God speaks so clearly through this passage that no matter what stage of life you're in, what you're going through, or what lies ahead, GOD is in control and has an amazing plan, the best part being looking forward to eternity with him!

  13. My favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength" It just reminds me every day that there is NOTHING I cannot do through Christ! Alone, I am not much, and can accomplish very little; but with God, ALL things are possible! I repeat this verse to myself many times though the day! :)

  14. My favorite Red Letter product is the "It is written" in gray! it reads "You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. You were created in MY image. I am on your side. Two are better than one, ad it is written, is always an appropriate response. I will never leave you. Hope is an anchor for the soul. I have a good plan for you, I am the Lord who heals you God"---Such a GREAT reminder!!!

  17. My favorite Bible verse is Isaiah 40:31; They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings as an Eagle. They shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.

There have been times, especially in the last year, that I have quoted this verse so many times. Without God's strength I would not have made it out of that dark hole my life was in.

    1. I love referring to the living word of God. It never ceases to do amazing things in our lives. We just have to open the book and be willing to hear what it has to say. How awesome is that?!?!! And to be fortunate enough to live in a society that allows us to freely read the word and write about it in a public place like this..... We are so blessed!

  18. I have a picture hanging in my office of a wooden chair on a beautiful sandy beach with this verse printed on it..."Be still, and know that I am God" Psalm 46:10. When things are not going well, it reminds me to just slow down, listen, and remember that all is in God's hands.:)
